Rules for entry and attending our events.
BARBA NEGRA
Important Information and House Rules
Dear Guests!
We want everyone to continue to feel comfortable and safe at all our events, so they can enjoy the performances and the pleasant company without any worries. To this end, there are a few important rules we must all follow at the entrance and throughout the entire event area for everyone’s benefit.
Our security guards and staff at the entrance work to create the best and safest possible conditions for carefree entertainment. Act XIX of 2025 has tightened the security measures required for events, and, in the spirit of zero tolerance for drugs, requires every event venue to unconditionally cooperate in the complete eradication of the use, distribution, and promotion of drugs and illegal mind-altering substances.
This legal provision imposes the following strict obligations on our employees, who are required to:
- thoroughly inspect bags and/or clothing,
- identify and remove dangerous or prohibited items,
- prevent anyone from attending the event who is in possession of, distributing, or under the influence of drugs.
If, during the security check at the entrance or at the event venue, our staff find drugs or substances suspected of being drugs on a person, or catch someone distributing drugs, they are required to:
- deny entry or escort the guest who has committed the offense off the event premises, and take the drugs or suspected drugs into custody and securely isolate them;
- immediately notify the police in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
We ask our dear guests to assist our security staff in their work for the benefit of us all, and if you witness any of the violations listed above, please report them immediately to the event venue staff.
We also ask that if anyone becomes ill, or if you notice any of our guests exhibiting such symptoms—such as disoriented behavior, unsteady or uncoordinated movements— and this may pose a danger to both their own health and their surroundings, please notify our staff so that the on-site medical team can intervene as quickly as possible if necessary to provide assistance, and so that our staff can take appropriate action based on the situation. If a change in the health condition of a Guest requiring care is attributable to the effects of narcotics or mind-altering substances, citing illness does not exempt the Guest from their legal liability under applicable laws.
Illegal conduct related to drugs is not only against the law but also negatively impacts the guest experience and, in some cases, may pose a danger to those seeking to enjoy themselves in a civilized manner.
The management and all staff members of our venue are committed to ensuring that entertainment takes place safely and within the bounds of the law.
We thank all our guests for adhering to our House Rules and for supporting our work! We wish you a great time and hope you enjoy your visit!
